Here we present an introduction to the company and offer an insight on their thoughts on The Sign Show 2008.
From the humble beginnings of Managing Director Roy Burton’s study, Your Embroidery Services (YES) has gone from strength to strength to achieve national and international recognition as a major supplier to the embroidery industry.
Utilising knowledge gained over many years in the industry, the company began life primarily as a consultancy service, sourcing and refurbishing used embroidery machines. Business expansion allowed the introduction of patterns, designs and other products which lead to YES being able to offer a wide variety of consumable to their customers.
As a positive reputation grew, YES discovered there was a need to supply new machinery alongside the reconditioned units. A profitable relationship was therefore built with leading embroidery machine manufacturer, Korean based SWF. Working together, these two complementary companies successfully developed the range that YES supply today. With in-depth knowledge of the systems the team is able to provide substantial back up and support to end line users.
In 13 years of trading the company has grown to be one of the largest independent suppliers to the embroidery industry. From a one room – one man concern, YES now supplies a whole range of machines and consumables, making them a one-stop-shop for embroiderers. The company boasts the largest team of dedicated technicians in the UK and have introduced many new advances in embroidery digitising.
YES is not stopping there. Recent developments have seen the company become the first UK based supplier to the embroidery industry to offer direct to product ink-jet printing.
The company celebrated the introduction of this product range with a nomination for The Printwear & Promotion Technical Innovation Award.
YES are very much looking forward to appearing at The Sign Show 2008. Sales Director John-Paul Burton explains, “One of the keys to a successful business is marketing. For us trade shows have a part in achieving this as they allow us to showcase our products to an instant large audience. They also have the benefit of allowing you to pitch your products against those of your competitors, which demonstrates confidence in your own brands.
“In relation to The Sign Show, we feel that it is always advantageous to be able to showcase your products to allied industries. We have appeared in the past at trade events that have not been specifically dedicated to the sign industry and this has not worked so well for us. The Sign Show will attract the people directly employed in a “sister” industry that we believe could benefit from introducing embroidery. It gives us the opportunity to develop and expand embroidery into a wider market. We look forward to meeting follow professionals at the event and introducing YES to the industry.”
