Colyer sets focus on signage printing with triple showcase

Colyer, which counts Fujifilm, HP and Epson among its leading manufacturer partners, will use its stand at The Sign Show this month to demonstrate three machines designed to help users with sign printing.

Based on stand S140 in The Sign Show section of the hall, Colyer will showcase leading print solutions from both HP and Epson, namely the HP Latex R530 and HP Latex 730W, along with the Epson SureColor SC-S9100.

Billed as the first true hybrid within the HP Latex range, the HP Latex R530 switches between flexible and rigid substrates in around two minutes. Colyer is an HP Amplify Partner and one of only three UK vendors approved to sell the machine.

Visitors can also drop in on Colyer to view the HP Latex 730W, which it said produces “true, solid white” using water-based HP Latex inks rather than solvent-based alternatives

In addition, Colyer will demonstrate the Epson SureColor SC-S9100, which features an 11-colour set including red, orange and green, reaching up to 99% Pantone colour coverage for the widest gamut on the stand.

“We’re bringing three machines that solve real problems we hear from signage and display businesses every week – jobs they’ve had to turn down or workarounds that cost them margin,” said Nigel Southey, managing director of Colyer.

“That’s what we want people to walk away from the stand with: not just what’s new, but what it actually changes for their business.”

Colyer supplies, installs, and supports commercial signage and display printers, technical printers, and digital press equipment across London and South England, backed by service plans with manufacturer-trained engineers and genuine parts.
